Seminole Gaming
Seminole Gaming was born in 1979, when the Seminole Tribe of Florida opened the first high-stakes bingo hall and casino in the United States. That facility, now known as Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood, was the forerunner of the Indian gaming movement throughout North America. Analysts believe today’s Seminole Tribe of Florida operates one of the most profitable gaming enterprises in the world.
Seminole Gaming owns and operates two Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino destinations in Hollywood, FL and Tampa. It also owns and operates four Seminole Casino destinations throughout the state of Florida: in Coconut Creek and Hollywood on the southeast coast, in Immokalee near Naples, and on the Brighton Reservation, north of Lake Okeechobee.
